Students will agree to the terms and conditions outlined below as part of their participation in GOOPro Training provided by LAB Information Technology Incorporated ("LABUSA").

Definitions
1.    Training: Includes participant materials, a qualified trainer, a class certificate, and supervision of the instructional program.
2.    Registration Fee: Non-refundable cost due at registration.
3.    Flexible Payment Plan: Monthly payment option subject to approval.
4.    Sponsorships/Scholarships: Tuition paid by a third party. If revoked, the student is responsible for payment.

Responsibilities of LABUSA:
•    Provide a qualified trainer, training materials, and necessary equipment.
•    Designate an administrator to oversee the responsibilities of this Agreement. 
•    Ensure compliance with U.S. Copyright laws for training materials.
•    Prepare the online platform for training on specified dates and times.
•    Issue certificates of completion for participants who meet training requirements.

Responsibilities of Students:
•    Refrain from copying, reproducing, or distributing training materials.
•    Notify LABUSA of any changes to contact information.
•    Pay all fees within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
•    Ensure the registration fee is paid before the start of the class.
•    Complete all requirements for sponsorships or scholarships, if applicable.

General Terms
•    LABUSA may use participants’ names, photos, and video recordings for promotional purposes.
•    This policy does not create an employer-employee or agency relationship.
•    Modifications to this policy must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
